Riyadh City is the latest addition to Abu Dhabi’s quality residential projects. Modon is designing the infrastructure and public sector for Riyadh City, formerly known as the South Shamkha and North Wathba, to create a modern and sustainable community.

Riyadh City will be the largest and most iconic residential community development in the Emirate, housing 200,000 residents once completed. It covers almost 8,000 hectares of land, which is equivalent to 85% of the land area of Abu Dhabi island.
